Refund & Return Policy

At Charm Pop Party, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Many of our items are custom or made just for you, which means some products are final sale. Please review the details below.


Returns (Non-Custom Items)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible, non-custom items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned within 14 days

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • No restocking fee will be charged

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Permanent Jewelry services

  • DIY Charm Kits

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at checkout


Damaged Items (Shipped Orders)

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

We may request photos of the damage to process your claim.

Once confirmed:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost

  • In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned


Permanent Jewelry Policy

Permanent jewelry is custom and fitted just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

However, we stand behind our work:

  • If your chain breaks within 7 days of your appointment, we will re-weld it at no charge.

  • After 7 days, repairs or re-welds may be available for a small service fee.

  • Lost chains are not eligible for replacement.
